Now the key question for users of Samsung devices, most especially the galaxy range of is what next?, well relax the court did not order a retrieval of all Samsung range starting from the galaxy family.
The direct import is that Samsung infringed upon Apple trade mark icon,which is the rounded edge and a few others, so the Samsung can either pay for the patent or most likely discontinue the use of rounded icons. Another question comes to mind as a result of this, if Samsung Galaxy copied, why buy an Apple for gazzilion amount ,when you can get the Samsung for less. The race becomes more heated with Microsoft's entry into the smart device or tablet race with with very own Surface; out sometime next month.
